Media Blasting

Media blasting is the process of propelling media particles with compressed air in order to effectively clean a product of anything that may be clinging to it.

This will remove rust or mill scale before powder coating. Often this is a priming method for the application of paint or a sealant due to the increased surface adhesion that results from media blasting.

In addition to media blasting we provide a four stage iron phosphate wash which also helps to increase adhesion for a better end result.
